Commercial Property Acquisition
Taking expert advice when acquiring commercial property can often result in a much better outcome for the client. We will carry out the search process and then are able to utilise our market knowledge to negotiate favourable terms. We are also able to manage the whole process from taking an initial client brief and searching for suitable properties, through to the negotiation of terms and liaison with other professionals including solicitors until the entire process is completed.
Sales & Lettings
Upon initial instruction we will inspect the property and provide a report setting out our advice usually to include comments on the existing lease (if applicable), property presentation, marketing strategy/terms and marketing campaign proposals. We will then market your property and once a new occupier is identified we will confirm agreed terms and liaise with your solicitor through to a completion of the transaction.
General consultancy
We can offer bespoke client assistance including advise on market conditions and a range of matters relating to freehold or leasehold property.
Preparing photographic schedules of condition
These schedules are often required to evidence the condition of a property at the onset of a lease and to help avoid disputes between landlord and tenant at a later date.
